Trading Window

Muthoot Finance Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from the close of business hours on June 30, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ahead of the announcement of the company's financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after these financial results are made public to the Stock Exchanges, with the board meeting date to be intimated later.
