Management Insights
Q2FY27 has been a quarter of strong topline momentum for Windsor, with Revenue growing 33.8% YoY to
₹183 Cr, led by a robust performance from the Injection Moulding division. While the CNC division encountered
some challenges due to the ongoing global shortage of controlling units, the CNC order book has grown
significantly. The consolidated order book stood at ₹273 Cr in Q2FY27. Subsequent to the quarter, the
CNC division secured Government tender orders worth ₹59 Cr for 38 machines in Oct’26, which are
over and above the order book stated above.
EBITDA margins contracted due to elevated raw material costs and higher Employee expenses. The wage bill rose
on account of annual increments and recent hiring at the senior-level, neither of which is structural in nature.
The underlying demand for our products remains strong, as is reflected in a robust order book that provides
revenue visibility.
