Bandra-Kurla Complex Towers Bandra (E) Dalal Street, Mumbai 400 051 Mumbai 400 001 Scrip Code- 503806 Scrip Code-SRF SRF/SEC/BSE/NSE 27.07.2026 Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Dear Sir, This is in continuation of our earlier disclosure dated April 7, 2026 under Schedule III, Part A, Para B, Clause 8 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 regarding the pendency of litigation/dispute having a potential impact on the Company. The said disclosure intimated that the Income Tax Department had issued a final assessment order u/s 143(3), and other applicable provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961 containing a technical error therein which resulted in a demand of Rs 327.44 crores and that the Company had filed a rectification application to reverse the same. In this regard, we would like to inform you of the following development in the matter: Assessment Year 2022-23 a. the details of any change in the status and / The rectification application filed by the Company to correct or any development in relation to such the technical error which had resulted in a demand of Rs. proceedings; 327.44 Crores, has now been disposed off by the Income Tax Department. Pursuant to the rectification order now received, the demand has been reduced from Rs. 327.44 crores to Rs. 9.46 crores. The rectification order reaffirms the Company's position that the original demand had arisen on account of a technical error. The Company is analysing the aforesaid order to take suitable legal recourse for the remaining amount of demand. b. in the case of litigation against key Not Applicable management personnel or its promoter or ultimate person in control, regularly provide details of any change in the status and / or any development in relation to such proceedings; c. in the event of settlement of the proceedings, Not Applicable details of such settlement including - terms of the settlement, compensation/penalty paid (if any) and impact of such settlement on the financial position of the listed entity.
