The Standalone unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. 2. Limited Review Report on the unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. 3. The Board has approved the re‐appointment of Mr. Nishit Bharatbhai Popat (DIN: 09279612) as Non‐ Executive Independent Director of the Company for 2nd term of 5 Years w.e.f 14th August, 2026 subject to the approval of members at ensuring Annual General Meeting. It may be further noted that as per BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018‐19 dated 20th June, 2018 and NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2018/24 dated 20th June, 2018, and based on the information available Mr. Nishit Bharatbhai Popat is not been debarred from holding the office of a Director by virtue of any SEBl order or any such other authority and not disqualified from being appointed as the Director in terms of Section 164 of the Companies Act 2013 and have given their consent to act Director of the Company. This Statement, which is the responsibility of the Company's Management and approved by the Company's Board of Directors, has been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in the Indian Accounting Standard 34 "lnterlrn Financial Reporting" (tJlnd AS 34"), prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules issued there under and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. Our responsibility isto express aconclusion on the Statement based on our review. We conducted our review in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE)2410, Review of Interim Financial Information performed by the independent Auditor of the Entity" issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. This standard requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. A review is limited primarily to inquiries of company personnel and Analytical procedures applied to financial data and thus provides less assurance than an audit.
