The Board has approved the re‐appointment of Mr. Nishit Bharatbhai Popat (DIN: 09279612) as Non‐ Executive Independent Director of the Company for 2nd term of 5 Years w.e.f 14th August, 2026 subject to the approval of members at ensuring Annual General Meeting. It may be further noted that as per BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018‐19 dated 20th June, 2018 and NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2018/24 dated 20th June, 2018, and based on the information available Mr. Nishit Bharatbhai Popat is not been debarred from holding the office of a Director by virtue of any SEBl order or any such other authority and not disqualified from being appointed as the Director in terms of Section 164 of the Companies Act 2013 and have given their consent to act Director of the Company.
