Key Highlights: H1 FY27
The first half showed the business keeping more of every rupee it earns, as the higher margin
segments kept growing faster than the rest:
• Revenue: ₹598.5 Cr in H1, up 32% year on year. Q2 revenue was ₹307.7 Cr, up 28%
• EBITDA: ₹66.2 Cr in H1, up 63% year on year. Q2 EBITDA was ₹35.6 Cr, up 58%
• EBITDA Margin: 11.1% in H1, against 9.0% a year ago. Q2 margin was 11.6%, up 220 basis
points
• Profit After Tax: ₹42.9 Cr in H1, which is 2.1 times the ₹20.4 Cr of H1 FY26. Q2 profit after
tax was ₹22.8 Cr, up 50%
• Cash Flow from Operations: ₹60.1 Cr in H1, about 1.4 times profit after tax
• Working Capital: Net working capital days came down to 54 from 97 in Q1 FY26, a 44%
reduction over six quarters
Operating cash flow of ₹60.1 Cr against profit after tax of ₹42.9 Cr shows that earnings are turning
into cash. Interest cover improved to 4.6 times from 2.5 times a year ago, net debt stood at ₹74 Cr
or 0.10 times equity on 30 September, and return on capital employed was 16.1% on an annualised
basis.
Q2 FY27: Highest Quarterly Profit and EBITDA Margin
Q2 revenue was also 6% higher than Q1, while EBITDA was up 17% and profit after tax up 14% over
the previous quarter. Of the ₹22.8 Cr profit after tax, ₹20.8 Cr is attributable to ARIS shareholders,
and diluted EPS was ₹2.51 against ₹1.98 a year ago.
Profit grew faster than revenue, and the reason is the mix. Contract manufacturing and Developer
as a Service made up 66% of Q2 revenue against 53% a year ago, and both earn far better margins
than plain materials supply. So while revenue grew 28%, EBITDA grew 58%.
H1 FY27 Business & Operational Highlights
Three Segments, One Integrated Business
• B2B Supply: Over 3,560 customers and 2,300 vendors are on the platform, and this segment is
also the source of ARIS’ contract manufacturing partners. Materials revenue was ₹214.2 Cr in
H1, or 35.8% of the total, at a 3.4% EBITDA margin
• Contract Manufacturing: Reserved capacity rose to 11.7 million tonnes on 30 September from
9.1 million on 30 June, across 23 partner plants in Chennai, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Jharkhand,
all exclusive to ARIS with no plant capex. Revenue was ₹329.2 Cr in H1, up 72%, at a 10,5%
EBITDA margin
• Developer as a Service (DaaS): Delivered a 60% EBITDA margin on H1 FY27 revenue of ₹55.2
Cr. The live order book stood at ₹2,817 Cr in Gross Development Value (GDV) across 15 projects
as of October 31, 2026, up from 10 projects as of June 30, 2026. ARIS earns a fee linked to the
project GDV, while the projects are externally funded and source their construction materials
through ARIS.
A Richer Business Mix
Contract manufacturing and DaaS together contributed 64% of H1 revenue, up from 51% in H1
FY26, and about 90% of segment EBITDA. Materials supply contributed 35.8% of revenue but only
9.6% of segment EBITDA. Segment figures follow management’s breakup, as the company reports
a single segment under Ind AS, and segment EBITDA of ₹74.7 Cr is before non-cash adjustments of
₹8.5 Cr.
The DaaS order book has grown 2.2 times since March, from ₹1,267 Cr to ₹2,817 Cr on 31 October,
helped by Ramdev Plaza Phase II (₹250 Cr), added in October. Gross development value is the
expected sale value of the projects and is not revenue to ARIS. Separately, asphalt and bitumen
contributed ₹73 Cr of revenue in H1, an annualised run rate of ₹146 Cr.
Technology Behind Every Delivery
ARIS runs one system, built in house, across supply, plants, projects and credit. Every delivery note,
handwritten ones included, is read by AI, with more than 14 lakh notes read so far. Buy and sell
prices are tracked automatically on every delivery, credit limits and receivables are visible in real
time, and lifetime credit losses stand below 0.6% of revenue billed.
Management Commentary
Mr. Ronak K. Morbia, Chairman and Managing Director, said:
“Q2 FY27 is our strongest quarter yet — record PAT and record EBITDA margin. What matters
more is why. Contract manufacturing and Developer as a Service now make up two-thirds of our
revenue, and that shift in mix is what is lifting our margins.
We added 2.6 Mn tonnes of exclusive partner capacity in a single quarter without owning a plant,
and our DaaS order book has more than doubled since March. Every DaaS project also buys its
materials from ARIS — our businesses strengthen each other.
Our growth is also becoming more capital efficient. Working capital is down to 54 days, and
operating cash flow covered profit 1.4 times in the half. With 43% of our FY27 PAT projection
delivered in H1, we enter the second half with momentum and a clear path to our FY30 outlook.”
