2015, it is to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday,
4th August, 2026 to inter-alia consider the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the
Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026.
Further, in pursuance to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’
for dealing in the securities of Company, which has been closed from Wednesday, 01st July, 2026, shall remain
closed till Thursday, 6th August, 2026 (both days inclusive).
