Chairman’s Message
Commenting on the performance for Q2 & H1 FY27 Mr. Nitin D. Shah, Chairman & Managing
Director, Allied Digital Services Limited (ADSL) said,
“We are pleased to report consolidated revenues of ₹265 crores in Q2 and ₹526 crores in H1
FY27, representing year-on-year growth of 14% and half yearly growth of 16% respectively.
Our performance reflects continued execution across customer engagements, even as the
global operating environment remains selective and decision cycles for new technology
investments have become more extended.
We are witnessing an important shift in enterprise technology spending, with customers
increasingly moving beyond AI experimentation towards integrating intelligent automation
into their core operations. Demand remains focused on modernising infrastructure, improving
productivity, strengthening cybersecurity and delivering measurable business outcomes. At
the same time, governments continue to invest in smarter, connected infrastructure and
data-driven public services. These trends are expanding the opportunity for integrated
digital engineering services technology partners such as Allied Digital.
Our capabilities across cloud, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure and managed services
position us well to address these evolving requirements. We endeavour to pursue larger,
more complex and multi-year engagements, while strengthening our direct customer
relationships and accelerating the adoption of AI across our service delivery model.
Our strategic focus is now on enabling the next phase of sustainable growth. The investments
we have made in leadership, governance, innovation and operational capabilities have
strengthened our foundation for the future. We are now committed to disciplined execution,
enhanced scale and operational improvements all of which will ensure that we create
enduring value for all our stakeholders.”
