Outcome of the Meeting of Board of Directors held on 23rd June, 2026

Omkar Overseas Ltd's board approved an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held virtually on July 27, 2026. This EGM is convened pursuant to an order from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench, which also appointed the Chairperson and Scrutinizer for the meeting. The board also set cut-off dates for shareholder eligibility and e-voting, and approved the EGM Notice.
