JSW Holdings Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, effective July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for results declaration will be informed later.
