Further it is hereby confirmed that he is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any such authority. Mr. Rajendra Chitale, Independent Director (DIN: 00015986) of the Company, shall be completing his second term as an Independent Director on December 14, 2026, and consequently shall cease to be Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on December 14, 2026.
