We wish to inform you that the 31st Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Jubilant FoodWorks
Limited ("the Company") is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 11:00
a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means ('VC/OAVM').
The Notice of the 31st AGM of the Company and the Annual Report for the Financial Year
2025-26 will be sent in due course only through electronic mode to all the Members whose
email ids are registered with the Company/Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent
(‘RTA’)/Depository Participants (‘DPs’). Additionally, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b)
of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing
Regulations”), the Company will also be sending a letter providing the weblink, including
the exact path of Annual Report to those Members whose email address is not registered
with the Company/DPs.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and in compliance with various
circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI, please find enclosed herewith
copies of newspaper advertisements published today i.e. July 27, 2026 in Mint (English) &
