FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE F.Y. 2025-26

Organic Coatings Ltd reported audited financial results for FY2025-26, announcing a net loss of Rs. 325.88 lakhs, a significant increase from the Rs. 210.23 lakhs loss in the prior year. Revenue from operations also declined to Rs. 2,809.33 lakhs. Due to these losses, the board did not recommend any dividend.
