Company's Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 3, 2026.
Performance Summary: (Amount in ₹ Cr)

The Company delivered a strong top-line performance during the second quarter, with total revenue
growing 18% YoY to ₹953 crore, driven by healthy underlying consumer demand.
During the current year, festive dates shifted from Q2 to Q3 due to a 19-day shift in the festive
calendar, with Navratri commencing on 11 October 2026 in current year versus 22 September 2025
last year. Adjusting for festive timing shift, same store sales growth (SSSG) for the quarter stood at
11%, with V-Mart at 10% and Unlimited at 12% reflecting robust underlying demand momentum
across the retail footprint. The calendar SSSG for Q2 stood at 3% for the quarter, with V-Mart at 2%
and Unlimited at 11%.
On the operational profitability front, EBITDA increased 20% YoY to ₹86 crore, driven by operating
leverage gains and cost discipline.
For H1 FY27, Revenue grew by 21% YoY to ₹2,042 crore, SSSG stood at 6%. EBITDA margins improved
by 40 bps to 12.1% and PAT grew by 25% YoY, reflecting continued improvement in profitability.
The Unlimited store format in South India delivered another quarter of standout performance, posting
25% revenue growth in Q2 (29% YTD) and a 38% YoY increase in EBITDA (40% YTD). Increased store
productivity, sharper merchandise assortments, and operational efficiencies continue to power
scaling across southern states.
The Company's continued focus on operational efficiency and inventory management resulted in a 7%
improvement in inventory days to 90 days as of September 30, 2026, compared to the corresponding
period last year.
The Company maintained its expansion momentum by opening 23 new stores and closing one
underperforming location. A significant operational milestone of 600 stores crossed during the
quarter. As of September 30, 2026, V-Mart operated 613 stores across 29 States and Union Territories,
with a total retail footprint of approximately 52 lakh sq. ft.
Founded in 2002, V-Mart is a pioneer in organised value fashion retail in India, offering a diverse range
of apparel, footwear, accessories and home furnishings for the entire family. With a strong presence
across Tier II and Tier III cities, the Company operates stores with an average size of approximately
8,000 sq. ft., catering to the aspirations of India's growing middle class through quality fashion at
affordable prices. Through its omni-channel platform, LimeRoad (www.limeroad.com), and presence
