In this regard, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(g) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that The First Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (“CoC”) of Simbhaoli Sugars Limited was held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, in terms of Section 22 and Section 24 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 17(2) and Regulation 18 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Regulation Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. During the meeting, the Interim Resolution Professional presented and discussed the CIRP related updates, including, inter alia, CIRP timelines, details of the claims received/verified, business operations, legal updates and the voting and ratification items, with the CoC members. Pursuant to discussions, it was decided to put the discussed items for E-voting. The E-voting commence from Monday, July 27, 2026 at 5 P.M. and shall conclude on Friday, July 31st,2026 at 5 P.M. Duration of E-voting may be extended on request of Lenders. The final E-voting results shall be communicated to the Exchanges. This is for your information and record purpose.
