Intimation of Closure of Trading window for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 of RTCL Limited

Raghunath Tobacco Company Ltd (RTCL) has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The window will be closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the company declares its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The date for the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated separately.
