(“RTA”), MUFG Intime India Private Limited, and the Depositories.
Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, the Company has also
dispatched physical letters to those Members whose email addresses are not registered with the Company’s
RTA/Depository Participants. These letters contain the web link to the Company’s website and QR Code to
facilitate easy access to the Notice of AGM and Annual Report for FY 2025-26.
