With the receipt of the said approval, the project configuration stands revised from Ground + 10 Floors (G+10) to Ground + 13 Floors (G+13). The additional development rights, together with the enhanced amenities, are expected to improve the overall value proposition and revenue potential of the project, in line with the Company’s long-term growth strategy.
