Dear Sir / Ma’am,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015,
we wish to inform you that Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL) has signed an Early Contractor
Involvement (ECI) Agreement with a Special Purpose Vehicle of a leading global Independent Power Producer
(IPP) (Principal), for development of utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) project integrated with a Battery Energy
Storage System (BESS) in New Zealand, in consortium with two experienced local companies. This marks the
Company’s strategic entry into the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) renewable energy market.
This is an early-stage engagement for preliminary work and upon completion of ECI work, Principal may sign
the EPC contract for the project with consortium.
The details are required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No.
HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed herewith as “Annexure A”.
The Company received intimation / the Letter(s) of Award on July 27, 2026, at 10:47 am (IST).
