While filling the Outcome of Board Meeting, we inadvertently missed attaching the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026 and uploaded only the covering Letter. Upon realizing the omission, we immediately attempted to upload the Covering Letter along with Complete set of Financial Results under the “Outcome of Board Meeting” tab. Please note that once the Results are uploaded under Outcome of Board Meeting tab, System doesn’t allow us to re-upload or submit the revised Results under same category leaving me with no choice but to submit the complete set of Financial Results under “Regulation 30” Category. Kindly further note that we have uploaded the said Results under Outcome of Board meeting tab, Results tab and Reg 30 tab, all within 30 minutes of the conclusion of Board Meeting i.e. well within prescribed timeline.
