Tyroon Tea Company Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons, including Directors and Key Managerial Personnel, from July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the results will be intimated later.
