The Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as recommended by the Audit Committee; Pursuant to Regulation 33 and other applicable regulations of the Listing Regulations, we enclose the unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 along with the Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors thereon, are enclosed herewith. 2. Resignation of Mr. Mukeshkumar Sohanram Chaudhary from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours on November 3, 2026. Based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the board has approved the Appointment of Himalay Amardas Dudharejiya as Company Secretary and Compliance officer, Senior Management Personnel designated as Key Managerial Personnel and Nodal Officer of the Company with effect from November 3, 2026.
