2. Cut-off date for ascertaining shareholders who are entitled to participate in the AGM through
remote e-voting/voting at the meeting shall be Saturday, 01 August 2026.
3. Date of Remote e-Voting shall commence on Wednesday, 05 August 2026 at 9.00 A.M. (IST)
and closes on Friday, 07 August 2026 at 5.00 P.M. (IST) for the purpose of this AGM.
