September 2, 2025 and the Resolution Professional has been performing the function as mentioned under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (the Code). This letter is in continuation of our earlier communications dated October 26, 2026, wherein we had informed the Exchange about the submission of un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 on November 4, 2026. In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench-I, has allowed the Resolution Plan submitted in respect of the Company today i.e. November 3, 2026. Consequently, the powers and authority of the Resolution Professional have ceased. Further, a Monitoring Committee shall be constituted in accordance with the terms of the approved Resolution Plan, which shall oversee and manage the affairs and operations of the Company during the implementation of the Resolution Plan. Accordingly, the unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, shall be considered and approved by the Monitoring Committee. The Company shall submit the said financial results to the Stock Exchange upon completion of the requisite approval process and upon the same being duly signed.
