Based on the Audit Committee’s recommendation, the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on November 03, 2026, has approved the appointment of M/s Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 012754N/N500016), in place of the retiring Statutory Auditor, M/s SRBC & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No:. 324982E/E300003) and the re-appointment of M/s Gandhi Rathi & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 103031W), as joint Statutory Auditors of the Company for a five-year term, from the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held in 2027, until the conclusion of the 37th AGM, to be held in 2032 subject to Shareholders’ approval.
