“Q2 FY2027 marks a defining milestone in Yatharth Hospitals’ growth journey. Our performance continues to
reinforce the strength of our underlying business model and our ability to execute consistently. Our quarterly
revenue and profits have nearly tripled since our listing in 2023, reflecting our consistent record growth quarter-
over-quarter. Our acquisitions since listing have also progressed strongly, now contributing 28% of Group
revenue and achieving EBITDA breakeven within a short period, underscoring our ability to successfully
integrate and scale acquired assets. Our strategic partnership with Advent International represents a strong
endorsement of the platform we have built, our execution capabilities and the significant growth opportunity
ahead. The partnership brings together growth capital to support the acceleration of our expansion plans to
~7,000-8,000 beds over the next few years. Beyond capital, Advent brings global healthcare experience and
strategic perspective that will be valuable as we scale our platform. As we embark on this next phase, we remain
focused on building a larger, more integrated healthcare network while consistently delivering superior clinical
outcomes, enhancing patient experience and creating sustainable long-term value for all our stakeholders.”
