POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust announced the appointment of Shri K Nagraj Bhat as the Chief Executive Officer of POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited (PUTL), its Investment Manager, effective June 23, 2026. Shri Bhat, previously a Chief General Manager at Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the power transmission sector, spanning commercial, operations, project implementation, corporate planning, and finance roles. His appointment is expected to provide leadership continuity and leverage his deep industry expertise for the InvIT's strategic direction.
