Financial Highlights: - H1 FY 27
• Total income for H1 has increased by 35.2% YOY to Rs. 615.62 Cr as highest ever H1 income,
primarily because of revenue contribution from new and incremental projects.
• EBITDA for H1 has also improved by 23.1% YOY in line with increase in revenue with efficient
cost management.
• The strong performance has resulted in significant increase in Free cash flow from
operations with 35.4% growth on YOY basis.
Commenting on the performance, Mr. Paras S. Savla, Chairman and Managing Director, Deep
Industries Ltd. expressed his satisfaction over Deep Industries Limited growth trajectory in the first
half of FY27, by delivering a robust performance on the basis of disciplined execution and - focus
on our strategic priorities. This resulted in Deep Industries maintaining its steady growth across all
core business segments. Our teams delivered projects on schedule with high operational efficiency
and an unwavering commitment to safety, further strengthening the trust of our clients. This
consistent performance reflects the depth of our operational capabilities.
The global energy landscape is in the midst of a defining transition, with supply chains undergoing
a structural realignment. Led largely by Asian economies, global oil demand is expected to recover
strongly through FY27 and beyond, and long-term energy security has become the overriding
priority for the industry.
With a presence across more than 70% of the post-exploration service value chain, we are
positioned to benefit directly from these macro shifts and policy reforms, which serve as lasting
tailwinds for our core business.
We continued to strengthen its position in the oil and gas services sector during H1 FY27. Our
performance was reinforced by strong bidding success in value-added segments, including charter
hire of complete gas processing facilities, reflecting our ability to respond quickly to a dynamic
market. With an order book of approximate ₹ 3089 crore, consistent project execution, supportive
government policies on domestic exploration and a sharpened national focus on energy security,
we are well positioned to accelerate growth, expand our sustainable solutions and deliver long-
term value for all stakeholders. As we move forward, rigorous corporate governance and
uncompromising safety standards will remain our guiding priorities.
