Commenting on the Results Mr. Parag Chheda, Joint Managing Director of Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd.
said, -
“The operating environment during the quarter showed encouraging signs of stabilization following
the volatility in PVC prices, supported by the government’s implementation of Minimum Import Price
(MIP) on suspension-grade PVC. The long-term fundamentals of the pipes and fittings industry
remains strong, driven by sustained investments in infrastructure, housing and urban development.
During the quarter, we delivered strong growth, with volumes increasing by 22% YoY to 52,080 MT
and revenue growing by 38% YoY. We continue to strengthen our portfolio through new product
offerings, an increasing contribution from premium products and deeper market penetration. Our
brand-building initiatives and efforts to expand our distribution reach remain central to
strengthening our competitive position across markets.
Looking ahead, our focus remains on driving sustainable growth through volume expansion, a
stronger product mix and increased penetration of value-added products. We remain confident in
our ability to leverage our brand strength, distribution network and evolving product portfolio to
capitalize on the long-term growth opportunities in the Indian pipes and fittings industry.”
