Ref: Consent to Operate for Pune Facility (Phase-I) Dear Sir/Madam, In continuation of the disclosure dated May 18, 2026, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Company has received the Consent to Operate from the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) under Section 26 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Section 21 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, along with Authorization under Rules 6 and 18(7) of the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, vide letter dated July 15, 2026 for Pune facility (Phase-I). The disclosure is being made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD-2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
