Q2 & H1FY27 Performance
MANAGEMENT COMMENTARY
“The first half of FY27 reflects the same momentum as in FY26 and Q1FY27, and we remain grateful to all our
stakeholders for their continued confidence.
For Q2FY27 basis, revenues grew by 112% to Rs. 208.6 Crs, while EBITDA margin came in at 35.0% and PAT
margins stood at 25.8%. For H1FY27 basis revenue grew to 109% to 345.7 Crs, EBITDA margins stood at 32.3%
with PAT margins stood at 23.5%.
Our growth came from higher volumes and a broader mix. Power transformers grew 88% in H1FY27 while share of
Shunt reactors, used for renewable grid integration, grew to about 22% of revenue, from a negligible share last
year. By voltage, products of 220 kV and 400kV made up nearly 78% of revenue in H1FY27, compared with about
53% in H1FY26, thereby improving the margin profile.
During the quarter, we secured fresh orders worth ~Rs. 867.3 Cr, taking our outstanding order book to Rs. 2,711.2
Cr as of 30th Sep 2026, executable over the next 24–30 months, giving us healthy revenue visibility.
Mr. Abhishek Singhal,
The brownfield expansion at our Gangol unit is on track, with commissioning expected by FY29. Together with our
Whole Time Director
sustainability initiatives, this capex will support the next leg of profitable growth.
With strong entry barriers in the industry, an established track record and a steady pipeline, we are well placed for
sustained growth. Backed by our H1 performance, we expect to achieve our FY27 guidance of revenues of ~Rs. 950
Cr with an EBITDA margin profile similar to FY26.“
