The AGM will be conducted virtually through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The advertisements were published on June 23, 2026, in Financial Express and Damanganga Times, in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
