The Company has entrusted Mr. Jinu Chandrasekhar, presently serving as Vice President and Deputy Chief Risk Officer (Non-Senior Management Personnel), with the additional responsibility of Interim Chief Risk Officer with effect from July 18, 2026, for a transitional period until a regular Chief Risk Officer is appointed and assumes charge. It is clarified that Mr. Jinu Chandrasekhar shall continue to be classified as a Non-Senior Management Personnel of the Company during the aforesaid interim period. The details required to be disclosed as provided in Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026, bearing reference number HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 are enclosed as Annexure A.
