No: A25690 Encl: As above Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited receives Consent to Operate (CTO) for Pune facility (Phase-I) New Delhi, July 16, 2026: Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited (“SBCL” or “the Company”) has received Consent to Operate from the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board for its Pune manufacturing facility (Phase-I). The approval, valid until June 30, 2032, enables SBCL to proceed with the phased operationalisation of its Pune facility, with commercial production to be scaled in line with customer qualifications, programme schedules and commercial requirements. The facility expands the Company’s capabilities in value-added components and assemblies for automotive electrification and battery- related applications, including bus-bar connectors and PCBA assemblies, and supports its strategy of serving OEM and Tier-1 customers with more integrated, high-precision solutions. The approved capacity provides a scalable manufacturing platform for Cell Connecting Systems and supports our strategy of increasing participation in value-added components and assemblies. The next phase is disciplined industrialisation: completing customer and process qualifications, establishing repeatable production systems and scaling in line with programme requirements.
