1) While filing announcement on Closure of Trading window, the same was inadvertently filed in
the wrong head “Closure of Operations” instead of “Trading Window”. The cited announcement
was submitted on 23.06.2026 at 12:31:30 p.m.
2) No sooner we realized the above incorrect submission, we have filed the correct announcement
on Closure of Trading Window once again on 23.06.2026 at 12:43:10 p,.m. under the head
“Trading Window”.
We, therefore, request you to kindly ignore the said incorrect announcement filed under the head
“Closure of Operations” on 23.06.2026 at 12:31:30 p.m as aforesaid.
