Nagar, Mohali Dear Sir/Madam, This is in continuation of our captioned letter dated March 19, 2026, followed by our earlier letter dated July 07, 2026, intimating about filing of appeals before the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh, against three (3) awards passed by the Presiding Officer (in the rank of Additional District Judge) of Industrial Tribunal, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali. In this letter, the Company has also informed you that it is in the process of filing an appeal against the remaining fourth (4th) award. Now, we would like to inform you that the Company has, on July 16, 2026, filed appeal before the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh, against the remaining fourth (4th) award. At this stage, we are also pleased to inform you that the Hon’ble High Court has heard the aforesaid three (3) appeals and passed an interim order stating inter-alia that no coercive steps be taken against the Company. The updated requisite details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, and Industry Standards on Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, are annexed herewith as Annexure A.
