Q2 & H1 FY27 Performance Highlights Chairman’s Message “We delivered a strong performance for the second consecutive quarter, clocking our highest ever Q2 revenue of Rs. 413 crores, taking our H1 FY27 revenue to Rs. 846 crores. This represents a YoY growth of 39% for the quarter and 37% for the first half. The growth was led by better realisations and an improving product mix. Raw material prices continued to rise in Q2 and in response, we have been progressively increasing product prices and engaging with customers on a regular basis. Demand across our Acetone-based and Phosphorus-based products remained healthy despite external challenges. Higher freight costs and limited vessel availability amid the Middle East crisis led to delays in some export shipments. We saw healthy contributions from a wide range of products, reflecting the strength of the diversified business we have built over the decades. During the quarter, we also further diversified our raw material sourcing base to strengthen supply chain resilience. Our business is built on deep chemistry, supported by extensive forward and backward integration and a diversified presence across multiple applications. Innovation and strong R&D capabilities remain at the core of our business. Our capex programme is progressing as planned, and our new product pipeline Mr. Nishith Shah, remains robust. We remain on track to deliver our FY27 guidance of revenue of Rs.1,550–1,650 crores and Chairman & Whole Time Director EBITDA of Rs. 240–250 crores, excluding the impact of price fluctuations arising from geopolitical-led supply chain disruptions and foreign exchange gains or losses, if any.” Highest Ever Q2 & Half-Yearly Performance Financial performance • Total revenue for H1FY27 was Rs 846.2 crores, a growth of 37.1% YoY basis. • EBITDA was Rs 148.0 crore, up 106.6% YoY, with a margin of 17.5%. • The margins were positively impacted due to average selling price increase on account of geopolitical-led supply chain issues to the tune of Rs 25 crores and Rs. 0.92 crores on account of foreign currency fluctuations during Q1FY27. • Profit after tax was Rs 99.0 crores for H1FY27, a growth of 138.9% on YoY basis.
