The EGM is scheduled for Friday, July 17, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. and the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to participate and vote in the EGM will be Friday, July 10, 2026. This intimation is in compliance with Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015.
