We hereby clarify that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was duly held on November 02, 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The aforesaid error was purely inadvertent and clerical in nature, and there was no intention to misrepresent any information. We sincerely regret the oversight and request you to kindly take this clarification on record.
