Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) as per Ind-AS for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026, as reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee. 2. Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026. 3. Acquisition of additional 20% equity stake in M/s. Peanutbutter and Jelly Limited ("PBJL") (CIN: U15400MH2022PLC377342), a subsidiary of the Company. The proposed acquisition is subject to the fulfilment of the conditions precedent and other terms and conditions as mutually agreed between the parties. Upon completion of the proposed acquisition, the Company's shareholding in PBJL will increase from 51% to 71% of its issued and paid-up equity share capital. The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, in respect of the aforesaid acquisition is enclosed herewith as Annexure - A. 4. Acquisition of the remaining 5.60% equity stake in M/s. Heritage Novandie Foods Limited ("HNFL") (CIN: U74999TG2017PLC120860), a subsidiary of the Company. The proposed acquisition is subject to the fulfilment of the conditions precedent and other terms and conditions as mutually agreed between the parties. Upon completion of the proposed acquisition, the Company's shareholding in HNFL will increase from 94.40% to 100% of its issued and paid-up equity share capital, consequent to which M/s. Heritage Novandie Foods Limited will become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, in respect of the aforesaid acquisition is enclosed herewith as Annexure - B.
