The requisite details in terms of Regulation 30 and sub-para 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR are furnished hereunder: (i) Reason for Change viz. appointment, re-appointment, resignation, removal, death or otherwise: Appointment of Mr Ashish Parikh as President & SBU Head (ii) Date of appointment/ re-appointment/ cessation (as applicable) & term of appointment/ re- appointment: 16th July, 2026 (iii) Brief profile (in case of appointment): Mr. Ashish brings with him over 25 years of extensive experience spanning P&L management, business transformation, sales, category development, operations, go-to- market strategy, supply chain and omnichannel development across Indian and international markets. Prior to joining Havells, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer – North and East Regions at Diageo India, where he led large and diverse businesses, driving growth, margin expansion, innovation and commercial transformation. His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Reckitt, Marico, PepsiCo India and ITC Agrotech where he built considerable experience across personal care, healthcare, household products, foods and beverages. Mr. Ashish holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
