ended June 30, 2026.
Q1FY27 Results Key Highlights
Strategic Procurement Investments Protected Growth
• Procurement Network Reinforced Through a Farmer-First Approach: Amid
industry-wide milk shortages and a 7% YoY increase in milk procurement prices, Heritage
delivered 2% YoY growth in milk procurement volumes. The Company consciously
prioritised supply continuity and farmer engagement over short-term cost optimisation,
strengthening its procurement ecosystem, ensuring uninterrupted milk availability and
supporting long-term growth across consumer businesses."
• Industry Milk Inflation Remained Elevated: Average landed milk procurement prices
increased to ₹46.61/liter, reflecting one of the most inflationary milk procurement
environments witnessed by the dairy industry in recent years.
Strong Consumer Franchise Enabled Volume Growth Despite Pricing Actions
• Pricing Power Supported Revenue Growth Without Compromising Demand: The
Company undertook calibrated price increases across its portfolio, with average milk
selling prices increasing 4% YoY to ₹58.68/liter. Despite these actions, Heritage continued
to deliver healthy volume-led growth, demonstrating the strength of its brand, consumer
loyalty and pricing discipline.
• Value-Added Products Continued to Outperform: Heritage recorded broad-based
volume growth across its VAP portfolio, led by Paneer (+33%), Curd (+26%), Buttermilk
(+60%), Lassi (+98%), Ice Cream (+25%). The performance reflects the Company's
continued success in building category leadership through strong brands, differentiated
product offerings and an expanding route-to-market. Notably, Paneer maintained its long-
term growth trajectory, while Curd delivered its strongest volume growth in recent years,
highlighting the scalability of Heritage's consumer franchise and the growing contribution
of value-added products to future growth.

• Ice Cream Business Emerged as a Strong Growth Driver: Heritage's ice cream
business, including GETAWAY, crossed ₹550 million in revenue during Q1FY27, growing
65% YoY. Alpenvie, the Company's core ice cream brand, delivered robust growth of 44%
YoY, reflecting strengthening brand equity and distribution expansion. The continued
traction of differentiated offerings, including GETAWAY's high-protein, zero-sugar
portfolio, validates Heritage's strategy of building high-growth, value-added categories
aligned with evolving consumer preferences."
Strategic Investments Strengthened Premium Growth Platforms
• Heritage Novandie Foods Limited Became a Wholly Owned Subsidiary: Heritage acquiring
the remaining 5.6% equity stake in Novandie Foods Limited, increasing its ownership to
100%. ‘Livo’, a digital-first high-protein yogurt brand is today among the top 5 yogurt
brands in the organized trade, strengthening our emerging Value-added portfolio.
• Increasing Ownership in GETAWAY to Accelerate Category Expansion: Heritage
increasing its stake in Peanut Butter and Jelly Limited to 71%, in line with the previously
agreed investment roadmap. The transaction further aligns the Company with one of
India's emerging better-for-you brands, while ensuring continued founder involvement
in driving innovation, brand building and consumer engagement. Backed by Heritage's
manufacturing infrastructure, distribution network and execution capabilities, the
business is well positioned to scale faster and strengthen its presence in high-growth
nutrition-led categories.

YoY to ₹5,636 million, with VAP contribution, excluding consumer brands in Ghee and
Butter, expanded to a record high 44% of overall revenues, compared to 36% in Q1FY26.

reflecting continued strengthening of the consumer portfolio and improving product mix.
• Consumer Ghee and Butter Portfolio Continues to Strengthen: Including consumer-
pack fats, revenue increased 39.3% YoY to ₹6,322 million, with contribution reaching a
record high 49% of revenues versus 41% in Q1FY26, supported by strong traction across
ghee and butter driven by expanded distribution, disciplined execution, growing
consumer love and brand loyalty.
• Heritage Nutrivet Limited Sustains Strong Growth Momentum: The wholly owned
subsidiary, Heritage Nutrivet Limited, recorded revenue of ₹728 million in Q1FY27,
registering robust growth of 37% YoY and reported Profit before tax of ₹20 million.
• Innovation-Led Growth Strategy Gaining Traction: Heritage continued to strengthen
its differentiated product portfolio with the launch of premium Creamy Shakes in Badam
and Mango variants in a unique glass bottle format, supported by the Company's first on-
pack gamified consumer engagement platform. The Company's recent innovations are
also witnessing strong market acceptance, with Nourish+ High Protein Paneer already
contributing over 15% of the overall paneer portfolio within a short period of launch. The
rapid adoption underscores the growing consumer demand for nutrition-led products
