The Company consciously prioritised supply continuity and farmer engagement over short-term cost optimisation, strengthening its procurement ecosystem, ensuring uninterrupted milk availability and supporting long-term growth across consumer businesses." • Industry Milk Inflation Remained Elevated: Average landed milk procurement prices increased to ₹46.61/liter, reflecting one of the most inflationary milk procurement environments witnessed by the dairy industry in recent years. Strong Consumer Franchise Enabled Volume Growth Despite Pricing Actions • Pricing Power Supported Revenue Growth Without Compromising Demand: The Company undertook calibrated price increases across its portfolio, with average milk selling prices increasing 4% YoY to ₹58.68/liter.
