Closure of Trading Window

JOJO Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, promoters, directors, KMPs, and their immediate relatives. This restriction on dealing in company securities is effective from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
