Intimation of closure of trading window w.e.f 1st July 2026 till 48 hours from declaration of Results for Q1 FY 26-27

BCL Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, including promoters, directors, KMPs, and their relatives. The window will close from July 1, 2026, and remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
