In continuation thereof, we wish to inform you that the water level at the Company's manufacturing facilities located at A2/3 & 4, Diamond, Somnath Road, Kachigam, Near SBI Bank, Daman – 396210 and A3/4, Somnath Industrial Estate, Somnath, Daman, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu – 396210, has receded. Consequently, power supply and other essential utilities have been restored, and the Company has commenced the gradual resumption of production operations at the said facility with effect from 27th July, 2026. Further, we wish to inform you that the water level at the Company's manufacturing facility located at Survey No. 146, Pardi Karia Road, Pardi – 396121, District Valsad, Gujarat, has also receded. However, power supply has not yet been restored and, accordingly, operations at the said plant continue to remain temporarily suspended. The Company is closely monitoring the situation and will provide further updates to the stock exchanges as and when there is any material development regarding the resumption of operations.
