Trading Window

Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Limited announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed from July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The specific date of the Board Meeting will be informed in due course.
