The arrangements have been entered into with the objective of expanding the Company's retail lending business in the electric vehicle financing segment by offering loan facilities to eligible customers through the authorised dealer networks of the respective manufacturers, subject to the Company's internal credit appraisal policies and applicable regulatory requirements. The Company believes that these arrangements will strengthen its presence in the electric vehicle financing segment, enhance its customer reach and support the growth of its retail loan portfolio. The aforesaid arrangements have been entered into in the ordinary course of business and are not related party transactions.
