The issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company shall remain unchanged pursuant to the proposed listing on BSE Limited, and no fresh issue of equity shares is proposed in connection with the same. The proposed listing on BSE shall be subject to fulfilment of listing criteria of BSE and also subject to such other terms and conditions as may be prescribed by BSE at the time of the application by the Company seeking listing and in compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
