The growth was primarily driven by new client wins and additions during the year, along with an increase in the scale and value of orders secured.  EBITDA stood at ₹476.62 million in H1 FY27, compared to ₹392.64 million in H1 FY26, increased by 21.39%  Profit after tax increased by 22.09% YoY to ₹360.35 million in H1 FY27, compared to ₹295.14 million in H1 FY26 Commenting on the performance, Mr. Sanjay Dighe, CEO & Whole Time Director, Krystal Integrated Services Ltd, said, “Krystal delivered a strong Q2 FY27 performance, with revenue growth of 46% year-on-year, accompanied by healthy growth in EBITDA and PAT. Our corporate business continues to gain momentum through deeper client relationships, increased wallet share and geographic expansion. We remain selective in bidding, prioritising project quality and profitability over scale. The acquisition of Citelum India marks our entry into city lighting and urban infrastructure, with a revenue ambition of ₹300–350 crore annually over the next 3–4 years, supported by planned investments of approximately ₹100 crore. Looking ahead, our priorities remain clear — disciplined growth, execution excellence, margin improvement and building a more resilient business that delivers sustainable, long-term stakeholder value.” H1 FY27 Key Business Developments:  Strategic Acquisition: Acquired 100% stake in Citelum India, marking entry into city lighting and urban infrastructure. Targets annual revenue of ₹300–350 crore over 3–4 years, supported by planned investment of ~₹100 crore.  Geographic Expansion: Added branches in Patna and Chandigarh, taking the network to 33 branches and 5 warehouses, servicing 4,766 locations and 547 customers with 49,971 on-site employees as of September 2026.  Sewage Treatment EPC: Secured two orders under Swachh Maharashtra Mission 2.0 in Pune and Nagpur, with Krystal’s 40% consortium share valued at ~₹296.02 crore.  Transportation IFM: Won a 3-year contract worth ~₹134 crore from Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation for Mumbai and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar regions.  Mumbai Metro: Secured a 3-year contract worth ~₹33.05 crore for housekeeping and cleaning services across Metro Lines 4, 4A and upcoming lines.  Andhra Pradesh Hostels: Won a 2-year facility management contract worth ~₹27.64 crore covering 563 hostels across 13 districts.  Manpower Services: Secured a 5-year contract worth ~₹17.25 crore from Maharashtra Rajya Sahakari Sangh for manpower deployment across Maharashtra.  Industrial Staffing: Won a 1-year contract worth ~₹8.75 crore from Kosol Energie for deployment of 250 technical professionals in Gujarat.
