Outcome of Board Meeting

Mohit Industries Limited has submitted its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with the Board of Directors approving the same at their meeting on November 2, 2026. The results were reviewed by the independent auditor, Rajendra Sharma & Associates, who noted a deviation in accounting for post-employment benefits and other long-term employee benefits.
